All IRC and second floor computers print to the print quota - or Find Me - printer. It is the default printer, however, if you previously selected another option for printing, it may be necessary to select it for use.

Check your print balance at any time online via PaperCut @ https://print.ashland.edu. It is also possible to check your account using the printer menu.
The print quota printer uses general 8 ½ x 11 copy paper. With the exception of resume paper, only the copy paper provided may be used with this printer.
Copy Machine FAQs
Authentication is required to use the copy machine. Use your AU ID or manual login with your AU network credentials (AU username and password). Login to the printer and select the copy icon from the menu.
Copy size is 8 1/2 x 11 only, larger paper is not available.
Duplex copies are possible, they count as two copies from your quota.
Color copies are possible, be sure to adjust copy properties before processing.
Color copies are prices the same as color prints (10).
It is possible to duplex from multiple single sheets or two-sided originals.
Only the copy paper provided may be used in the copy machine; construction paper, tag board, poster board, transparencies or other items are not permitted.
Scan to Email
It is possible to scan documents to email using the copy machine scan function. Scanned documents will be delivered to viable email accounts as a black & white / gray-scale PDF.
Place item to be scanned face-up in the document feeder.
Select the scanner icon from the copier main menu; click on the 'manual entry' button.
Enter a valid email address and click 'ok' to accept. Press the start button to process scan.
