Welcome!

gavelWelcome to the Research Guide for Criminal Justice
Off-Campus Resources!

This guide has been created to support research for your classes.  Many of our resources and services are available online, 24/7.  Please don't hesitate to call or email a librarian if you need help.

Example of Off-Campus Login

Off campus loginWhen you click on a database link on campus, you will go directly to the database.  When you click from off-campus, you will be prompted to log in.

The Library Off-Campus login page is presented here (left).  Enter your AU network login information, the same username and password used for AU Gmail, Blackboard, and WebAdvisor, to continue.

LearningExpress Library Practice Exams for Law Enforcement

This subscription database provides instantly scored licensing, certification, and aptitude practice tests, online career preparation, and vital information for a wide variety of occupations, including law enforcement. Practice tests include instant diagnostic score reports that help users target those skill areas needing the most attention.  Work is stored in “My Center,” allowing you to do practice tests in multiple sittings.

To use the LearningExpress Library, open the database and click the button to "enter anonymously," or register for an individual account (if you do you will be sharing your information with Monster.com, a commercial site).  The e-mail address you give if you register will be your user name.
