Ordering OhioLINK materials in hard copy form is available for all ATS students within the state of Ohio.
Use OhioLINK before using ILL to fulfill requests. OhioLINK requests can be delivered to any participating library within the state of Ohio. To learn more, watch the video "How to Make an OhioLINK Request" below.

OhioLINK Catalog

The OhioLINK library catalog combines the holdings of 117 member libraries, including the State Library of Ohio, into a shared catalog totaling nearly 38 million items.
The shared catalog lists books, e-books and e-journals available across the consortium and other materials available on publishers’ websites.
OhioLINK Lending Terms
Check Out for books: 3 week limit
Renewal for books: 6 times total (if another user does not request the book)
Check Out for non-book items: 1 week limit, non-renewable
Fines and Replacement Fees: $.50 per item per day overdue ($15.00 cap if overdue by 30+ days). 30+ days overdue is an automatic $75.00 replacement + $50.00 processing fee = $125.00 total.
Interlibrary Loan Information
ATS Interlibrary Loan Information and Policies
Interlibrary Loan requests for copies of articles or book chapters are available to all seminary students.
Ordering materials in hard copy form via Interlibrary Loan is available for all seminary students who are able to pick up the item at the seminary library.
Interlibrary Loan requests are ONLY filled for items NOT available via the AU/ATS Libraries and OhioLINK.
Interlibrary Loan requests may take up to two weeks to process.
